The monument is important, as there is not a town of any size that hasn't been impacted by the loss of brave soldiers. Our town of 18,500 has two memioral sites, one in a neighborhood itself. We cannot forget the bravery and sacrifice.

It has been years (1999) since I had visited Weirton and Steubenville, no doubt the arsenal of democracy as they produced steel for so many items. A very nice place to reflect...
