4th of July 2011

I took these shots when we visit my FIL a couple of days ago. The downtown Weirton is well-decorated for the 4th of July celebration.  They have the parade yesterday but we did not watch.
A little blurry but I like the decor  on the roof line.
We also saw this pair of shoes  at a traffic intersection.  A couple of days later, it was gone.  I think the city [people  took it down.
Have a great week ahead folks.

Happy Independence Day to you, too!

BTW, in our area, the shoes over the wire indicate places where drugs are available for sale.

Happy 4th! It always makes me laugh when I see shoes hanging over head from wires. Seems like a waste of good footwear!
