My wife is calling me nuts for being obsessed with real estate these days. I don't know why but something is telling me that now is the time to buy a property because the rates are lower than before. Looking at the properties in North Carolina through the Wilmington NC Homes For Sale, Search Online, I kinda want to live out there. My wife is teasing me that after I graduate with my degree, I should look for a job somewhere out there so we could live on other State.
